I’ve been studying, practicing, and teaching yoga for over two decades, specializing in alignment, applied anatomy, postural movements, injury modifications, breathing exercises, and, of course, yoga philosophy. Originally from Italy, I now live in Miami, where I teach in several studios, online, and privately in both Italian and English. I also founded YODISCOVER, a yoga mat company featuring mats with alignment lines by size to help beginner and intermediate yogis practice safely and progress faster. Yoga has been a powerful tool in my recovery from injuries and during challenging times, and now I’m here to help you strengthen your relationship with your body, find balance, and take charge of your life! I’m thrilled to be back doing yoga retreats and sharing the journey with you!
WORKSHOPS
ALIGNMENT AND MODIFICATIONS
2 hour workshop to understand and optimize your yoga practice!
We will review the classic alignment of the most popular poses to understand the purpose behind each asana and learn which muscles to engage and which ones to relax to get the maximum expression of the pose. Most importantly, to get the maximum benefits for your yoga practice, we will learn how to modify to make them easier or to progress to a deeper variation. It will be like a semi private session to understand and optimize your personal practice!

IS THERE VEGAN OPTIONS AVAILIABLE FOR MEAL PLANS?
Any dietary plan you follow can be accomodated by our retreat staff!
DO THE ROOM HAVE AC?
YES!
I don't do yoga or surf, Can I still go?
Our guides will provide you with the tools to help you get started in your journey. During yoga classes we will always offer modifications and variations to make the practices more accessible or more challenging. For non-surfers, there are surf instructors available for lessons and pointers throughout the week.
I am very interested in the retreat, but I do not have anyone to share a room with will you pair me up with someone?
Yes, you have the option to take a solo room, a double room ( with a new friend). These options have different rates. In all cases thus far, people have found life-long friends in their pairings!
Do I have to pay for transportation from the airport to the retreat you include in the retreat?
No its included in the package price!
Is there wi-fi?
Yes, there is wi-fi in the property. Please keep in mind this is a different country and internet can go out.
HOW DO Payment PLANS WORK?
Reservations are done via the website form above and payment plans can be scheduled. Payments done through ACH or Zelle do not incur a processing fee, card payments incur a 3% transaction processing fee.
3 payments will be done if you choose the payment plan
1. Deposit $350 upon booking
2. 50% 4 months out
3. 50% 2 months out
After December 31,2024 we will not accept any payment plan.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that because THE YOGA ROOM LLC is limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to work together to share expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Hold deposits (minus $50 USD re-listing fee) are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by original attendee.
Full balance due 8 weeks (Jan. 12, 2025) before start date of retreat unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation requests submitted within 60 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (minus deposit) will be refunded.
Within 45 days of your retreat: NO refunds given, NO exceptions.
Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.
Nobody books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance!
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order to cover costs incurred should you have an emergency arise. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to THE YOGA ROOM LLC will be refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 30 DAYS prior to retreat start date. We are not responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
What about Visas?
We recommend to verify the VISA information through your local government authorities. If assistance is required in locating the information, we may be able to provide guidance.
